Engraved Interface Plate, STRATOS Balloon Mission (Aug 2023)

This interface plate features etchings of messages collected from the participants to the Ontario Science Centre presentation “Satellites &You” held during the March Break by the students of the York Nanosatellite Lab in 2023. The messages embody the hopes, dreams, curiosities and even misconceptions of space and space travel in the younger generation; and stands as an indelible commitment to engaging these minds in building future innovations for space exploration motivated by a sense of community and inclusion.
